Still working. Well, technically I'm done now. But that doesn't mean I wasn't up 'til 2 doing work. Oh well, I guess this will make me appreciate spring break more. I'm about to head back to Rockford in a few hours (after I eat, turn in my EPFE paper and get housing stuff for next year settled.) In the meantime, it's a beautiful day...almost 40 degrees outside...tonight I'm going to see Dennison Witmer....I mean, I couldn't ask for much more than this.

No word yet on any projects, I've run into homework. Way too much of it. Lots of English. I'm turning in the first long English assignemnt at 12:30, and then And I have this interview/paper thing to get done for my long, long EPFE class. I'm not going to get it done in time, but the prof will be okay with it. Then, I have the midterm in that class. So, hopefully it'll be short. After that, all I've gotta get done for any class is the first section of my first English paper for J. Johnson, which should be crappy..but not too bad. Then, I'm going home.

Remind me to tell you about J. Johnson sometime. Unless you're around me enough to hear me rant about him on an almost weekly basis. By the way, today is an unofficial Elliott Smith day, by my declaration. Right now, for whatever reason, Figure 8 sounds like the perfect record to me. Wonderful stuff.

The good mood continues as we get back into the dorm, throw in a tape of even stevens and break out the corn dogs. Then the drinks begin to flow...
I'm thinking this week will only get better if I don't go to class.

I'm in a good mood now. Last week, it turns out, was really bad. Except for Wednesday. The rest was really bad stress for almost no reason, stupid Western Civ midterms and no desire to stay awake. What makes today so good? No more dying, thanks to zithromax. Brand names of medicine crack me up...they sound like poor superhero names. Also, I don't know why, but I feel realy rejuvinated. My head is clear, I got in the hot tub with Chocolate and Dan last night (Chocolate dislocated his knee at school Friday, poor kid.) Dan was in a crazy, strange mood all day yesterday. We saw Amy, Bristol and Claire sing yesterday at Lutheran...I'm always impressed with how well they can sing, no matter how often I hear it. Amy and Dan Hoskins were just incredible..I knew she had it in her, but I was shocked by him. Last night was super low-key, which helped. I've started reading Song of Solomon by Toni Morrison for my English class, and I really dig it so far.
So, there's a few reasons that I'm doing better. Plus, I saw the Papes Friday and Saturday, and I really realized how much I missed them. I really enjoyed seeing them...I gotta get to texas soon.
Five more days of classes.
I've gotta think of some great things to do this week.
Nothing Earth shattering, but some fun things. Projects, maybe. I'll think of something.
