My suitemate, Ben, is yelling obscenities. That means it's gotta be 2:30 in the morning. We went to an all-night mcdonalds tonight and ate a meal at 11, and then at about 12 they switched over to the breakfast menu (we had a long conversation in the middle of all that). We were all really tempted to eat another meal..but we decided against it. It's going to become a ritual to go there late at night for breakfast, I think. Not much happened today. I cancelled class for no good reason, because I believe that's necessary once in a while to keep things fresh. Tomorrow, Amy and I are going to Rock Island to chill with aaron. We all stayed up late because another new Star Wars trailer is going to be on the official website today, but to no avail. We even stayed up 'til 2, just to be sure they weren't doing it on California time. You've gotta love being a nerd. So, that's about it. Goodnight everyone.

Right after my classes today, I took a shower and then drove to Rockford. I was supposed to meet Amy and get a whole bunch of errands done--she needed to help me get an ACT transcript because I don't think Mrs. Semmelroth likes me. Anyhow, we got that done and took down decorations at her house. Then we ran more errands and hung out with my brother. I don't feel sick anymore, I beat the cold..but Dan's got an ear infection. So, that's about it. I kept on putting off going back to DeKalb tonight, so I missed an hour of my class..but it was on purpose. I even hung out at Megs briefly. It was really fun, I'm glad I did it. I don't think I blogged about this, but Ben Folds is playing in Dekalb. Got tickets today. Anyone who wants tickets, get me 17 bucks and I'll hook you up, but hurry. After class, I ate some dinner and worked on some mix CDs. Talked to aaron weinberg, then Dan came here and we started watching Empire. Now I'm about to hit the hey...so, adios.
(I wrote this blog yesterday at 1:02 in the AM, but it wouldn't post. So here it is. Lots to read tonight)

So..the whole story of last night is like this: we decided to go to walmart (because that's just what you do for fun around here). So, aparently there was a decision made in the parking lot on the way to the car...we weren't going to Walmart...we were going to Naperville. Dan wanted to play risk, and he was going to buy it at Walmart, but Rich said he had it at home. So, we went to get it at his house. I wasn't aware we weren't going to walmart until I realized we were getting on the highway. Rich's girlfirend goes to school in Naperville, so we went and visited her randomly. Her whole dorm at school got moved into a nice Holiday Inn for some reason, so ..like I said...I found myself at a hotel bar in Naperville at about 11:45 last night. That's random. Then, we ate a whole meal once we got back to DeKalb..hence me not feeling well last night.

Now, today...I spent most of the day doing homework for the next 2 days so that I can go to Rockford tommorow afternoon and take care of a bunch of things I need to get done on weekdays. So, today was uneventful except for all the working. We had movie night tonight. Office Space. What a film. It trips me out that DanMcMahon is leaving. My throat was dead again today. I need some lozenges. Or some Meg's Daily Grind. Or both. I almost resorted to drinking some coffee this afternoon...but I kind of figured if I didn't have my first cup of coffee with Aaron Weinberg or Jason Gorski, It'd almost be like mocking them. So, no coffee. But that was a close call. Now I'm going to sleep. Happy Birthday Luke.

Tonight was reeally random. Don't you hate it when you leave your dorm to go to wal-mart, and once you get in the car you find you you're going to another city? And then, it's almost midnight, and you're sitting in a bar in a hotel? Yeah. Well, I guess I don't hate it. I guess it was pretty good for a Monday night. I need to go to sleep because I don't feel very good..I'll explain it all tomorrow. I think we're going to make Mondays 'official' procrastination days. Yeah. As if I don't procrastinate enough. Anyway, I'm outta heeeere.

Can it be this late? If so, then why am I not tired? I really don't understand my internal clock--it seems to be very indecisive. Figures. I had a good weekend. I usually do. Not eventful--just chillin' with friends, which is pretty much the greatest thing on earth, when you think about it. What do we have to do on the weekends? A lot of people say 'nothing'...I say that doing nothing can be great, if you do it with the right people. I saw whitney twice this weekend, a huge plus. I also saw shrek and monsters inc and (reverent gasp) the starwars trailer--well..I have to agree with Carson..it was more of a teaser than a trailer. But still, I was glad to see it. And both of those movies are great. People need to go ahead and keep on making these high quality kids movies. Anyway, I really should go to sleep. So, until tomorrow....

Oh yeah..all of you who told me to read 'the perks of being a wallflower'...dance to this--Barnes and Noble, Borders and Waldenbooks all did not have copies this weekend. Crazy. My mom says she can get it--she does, after all, work in a library...so we'll see how it works out. Night.
